Promising pace but a DNF at Mugello – 1st April 2023
Reigning 2.0L Cup champions Olly Bryant and Andrew Smith are competing in the full season of Sixties Endurance in 2023 with the Historika owned and prepared 1964 Porsche 904/6. Developments on the car over the winter have lead to increased engine torque and tractability. Olly demonstrated this by setting the 3rd fastest time in free practice, followed by 4th overall in qualifying against much more powerful machinery. Unfortunately an oil leak developed at the start of the race and he was forced to retire the car. The next outing is at Spa Classic in May.
