Round 14 Silverstone Int

The tyres did not deliver the grip that was expected from them and both Keith and Oliver were disappointed with the cars pace. The tyres were running too cool and not generating any bite on the track surface. Oliver set a time of 1m29.7s which the lined the car up 6th in class on the grid. The race was to be a 2hr race so the team knew that it was reliability and consistency and not outright pace that would win the race.

Rounds 9&10 Mugello

Oliver Bryant qualified the car for the first race on a damp track on wet tyres. He had been on 2 flying laps and had red flags render those laps useless. On his 3rd flying lap however, only a yellow flag zone and a slow moving car meant that he had to lift in the final sector making a top 10 time impossible. Instead, the car lined up 14th overall and 2nd in the Porsche cup.

10th September 2006

Oliver Bryant teamed up with father Grahame, Jon Finnemore and Chris Beighton in a Marcos Mantis for his second 24 hour race.

3rd September 2006

Rounds 7 & 8 Dijon

Oliver made a good start and worked his way up to 10th, 2nd in the Porsche class, he was catching the no.8 Porsche of James Murphy and handed over to Maxime just over half way through the race. Max was lapping well until a left rear puncture forced another pitstop which pushed them back to a disappointing 21st position where they finished.
